What is the difference between a Catering and Delivery?
Answer:
Catering
We come out, set up and have staff to serve the buffet for a 2-hour period.
We decorate buffet table with serapes, piñatas and sombreros.
Food is served hot in our chafing dishes.
Iced tea or lemonade and tortilla chips with hot and mild salsa are included.
Catering service is for a minimum of 30 people.
Caterings are charged per person, ranging in price from $9.50 to $18.95 per person plus a service charge (18%) and tax (7.4%).
Delivery
Delivery will be made with a minimum of $125.00 per order, and a delivery fee of $20.00 will apply.
Food is dropped off hot in covered aluminum pans – chafing dishes are NOT included; but our pans will fit most any chafing dish you choose to rent or buy on your own. Our chafers are not available for rent.
Chips & Salsa/Drinks are NOT included.
Includes all the paper products and plastic ware, as well as Serving Utensils.
